An admirable mix of cultures through basque and latinamerican cuisines, conducted by Andoni Luis Adúriz (Mugaritz).

Our recommendation: try the "tacotalos" made of de millet and corn, the ceviches and the "arepa de huevo" which hast a Basque twist made of chorizo oil. And consider to command different plates for sharing.
