The best pintxo bars in Donostia-San Sebastian


Located in the romantic area, this bar is the 2017 winner of the local pintxo's contest, with its asparragus and egg yolk pintxo. Tasting menu is also worth to try, if book a table. Best value. 

We recommend: piquillo pepper with tuna belly, fried small fish, cod with ajoarriero sauce, meat creamy ravioli, grilled foie, beef with piquillo sauce. Desserts are amazing!

Specialized in iberian sausages; classical pintxos counter is also excellent.

We recommend : crab tartlet, trainera, grilled foie with applesauce...There is also a very good daily menu and a great wine selection.

One of the best miniature cuisine and among the favourites for both locals and visitors. You will no t find the classical pintxo counter; pintxos are ordered and served in small plates. 

We recommend: Foie with applesauce, Creamy risotto.

Anchovy pincho with salmon roes


The temple for anchovy lovers. Two anchovies on a toast, accompanied by a drink and a variety of flavours as wonderful as: spider crab cream, vegetables, sea urchin, olives pâté, foie-gras and apple compote, papaya and tropical fruit, blueberries, coconut, trout and salmon roes...

We recommend:  anchovies and piquillo local pepper sandwich.
